Depending on which feeling you allow yourself to have (yes you do have control over your feelings, although most people think they don’t!) will depend on what you do or your action. If you are feeling empowered or in control, you might choose to not eat the pizza. If you’re feeling depressed, bored, tired, angry, happy or whatever emotion tends to make you eat, then you will probably choose to eat the pizza and then feel even worse once you’ve finished. Obviously the result is weight gain.

Thought-Feeling-Action-Result

If you learn to change your thinking at the thought then you will automatically change the feeling which will change the action which will change your results. This can lead to permanent weight loss just from changing thoughts! Slim people usually eat whatever they want. It takes very little effort for them to stay slim. Sometimes they eat ‘bad’ food and sometimes they eat ‘good’ food. While they may have a slightly faster metabolism, (probably because they haven’t lowered it through dieting!), the main reason they are slim is because of the way they think about themselves and food!
